Empowering SMEs Through the JDP Programme
Amelia played an integral role in driving workforce transformation efforts through the Jobs Development Partner (JDP) Programme. During her tenure, she:
- Completed 38 JDP projects, benefiting multiple SMEs.
- Facilitated the creation of 46 new job roles and the redesign of 55 existing roles.
- Supported companies in securing Career Conversion Programme (CCP) applications, resulting in a projected $700,000 in salary support.
