Who we are
Singapore Productivity Association (SGPA) was established in 1973 as an affiliated body of the then National Productivity Board (NPB), now Enterprise Singapore (ESG).
Today, we are an independent non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing productivity and operational excellence in Singapore. SGPA supports organisations on their improvement journeys through research, targeted learning opportunities and showcasing Singapore’s best practices on the global stage.

Team Excellence Assessment
SGPA’s Team Excellence (TE) Assessment recognises impactful team-based improvement efforts across organisations. This structured platform enables teams to showcase real-world problem-solving projects, apply productivity and quality tools, and benchmark against industry standards. Top-performing teams may also earn the opportunity to represent Singapore at the International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC).
International Exposition on
Team Excellence (IETEX)
IETEX is SGPA’s annual platform showcasing best practices in team-based improvement and innovation. Local and international teams share case studies, compete, and exchange insights. The event includes a structured global-standard competition, recognising outstanding contributions to productivity and business excellence while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across industries.
Productivity Courses & Workshops
SGPA offers courses and workshops designed to equip professionals and organisations with practical skills and proven methodologies for enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.
