Eligibility: Open to Quality Control Circles (QCC), Quality Improvement Teams (QIT), Innovation Teams, Six Sigma Teams, and other quality and performance improvement projects.​

Presentation Categories

Improvement (Kaizen) Case Studies of QCC

Presentation by employees reporting improvement case studies achieved through Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities, demonstrating practical solutions and measurable results in the workplace.​

Promotion Case Studies of QCC

Presentation on effective approaches to promoting Quality Control Circle activities, including implementation strategies, engagement initiatives, and survey analyses of QCC programmes.​

Total Quality Management (TQM)

Presentation on small-group activities under TQM promotion or initiatives related to Quality Assurance, Policy Management, TPM, Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard, and other TQM practices.​

Improvement Case Studies (Kaizen) for Middle-Level Managers (QIT)

Presentation by middle-level managers reporting improvement case studies undertaken through Quality Improvement Team (QIT) activities to enhance organisational performance and effectiveness.​

Others

Presentation of performance improvement initiatives or case studies that do not fall within the other presentation categories.​

Discount or Subsidy

  • Registered SGPA members are entitled to a SGD 45 discount per participant for ICQCC 2026 participation.​

Cancellation Policy

  • Before registration is submitted: No payment required / 100% refund.​

  • After registration is submitted: Refund less registration fee and administrative fee.​

  • After accommodation is confirmed: Refund less actual costs incurred.​

  • After flight ticket is issued: Refund less actual costs incurred.​

  • Within 30 days of departure or no-show: No refund.​
